These Terms and Conditions cover use of the Y999 Game website and access to its game-related features. By continuing to use the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.
Table of Contents
1. Using Y999 Game
Y999 Game includes slots, casino-style games and Wingo, with game and account features that may differ between titles and services.
Use the website and linked access points in line with the rules shown for the game, account feature or service you choose. Access to a page does not remove any eligibility requirements.
2. Your Account and Game Responsibilities
When registering, signing in or joining a game, take responsibility for the details you enter and the choices you make. In particular:
- Use your own account details and keep sign-in credentials private
- Check the game rules before entering a round
- Review the amount and method before submitting a payment
- Read balance limits and withdrawal requirements before making a request
- Check eligibility and conditions before accepting a bonus or reward
- Treat play as entertainment rather than an investment or income plan
The rules shown for a specific game, payment option or offer should be read alongside these website terms. They explain the conditions that apply to that particular feature.
3. Game Availability and Changing Features
The game menu, app features, payment options, offers and access requirements may change. Slots, casino-style titles and Wingo may have different rules, round formats and participation conditions.
Check the current game rules and account screens before taking part. A description or screenshot on this website may not reflect a later change.
4. Third-Party Games and Payment Providers
Some games, downloads, payment options or linked services may be supplied by third-party providers. Their own terms, technical requirements and privacy practices can apply when you use those services.
Check the provider details shown for the service you select, including any payment instructions or account checks. Refer to that provider's current terms when a question concerns its service.
5. Balances, Deposits and Withdrawals
Wallet balances and transaction options should be checked in your account. Before adding money or requesting a withdrawal, make sure you understand:
- The payment method and instructions displayed
- The amount, any stated limits and the receiving account details
- Whether account or identity checks are required
- Any conditions attached to a bonus or promotional balance
- The withdrawal status and any processing information shown
6. Bonuses, Rewards and Game Outcomes
Bonuses, gift codes and referral rewards are subject to the terms displayed for the relevant offer. Check eligibility, expiry and any conditions affecting use of the reward or withdrawal of a related balance.
A bonus or reward is not guaranteed income. Game results can go against you, and depositing more money does not promise a win or the recovery of earlier losses.
7. Responsible Play
Set limits on spending and time before you play. Use only an amount you can afford to lose, and stop rather than trying to recover money through further play.
The Responsible Gaming page offers more detail on managing those limits and recognising when to take a break.
8. Minimum Age and Local Access Rules
You must meet the legal minimum age and the eligibility requirements that apply to a gaming service where you live.
Where the minimum age is 18, anyone under 18 must not participate. Check whether the laws and access rules in your country, state or region permit the games or services you intend to use.
9. Game Names and Brand Materials
Names, logos, trademarks and other branded materials used on Y999 Game remain the property of their respective owners.
Game and provider names help identify the titles and services available. Read their specific rules rather than relying on a logo or familiar name.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised as the website or available features change. The current version will be published on this page.
Continuing to use the website after a revision means you accept the updated terms. Review this page when you return if you need to check the conditions currently in place.
11. Contact and Related Policies
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact Us page.
For related details, read About Us, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer.
By using the Y999 Game website, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions and accept responsibility for following the rules that apply to your access and participation.
